Hemorrhoid Surgery

Hemorrhoid Surgery

Hemorrhoid surgery addresses symptoms such as bleeding, pain, or prolapse, helping patients relieve discomfort and improve quality of life. Depending on the severity and type of hemorrhoids, we offer various treatment options, ranging from minimally invasive procedures to traditional excisional surgery, tailored to individual needs.

Rubber Band Ligation
Suitable for hemorrhoids that primarily cause bleeding without significant prolapse. This procedure involves placing a rubber band around the hemorrhoid, causing it to naturally shrink and fall off within 1–2 weeks. It is simple and allows for a quick recovery.

Doppler-Guided Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation (HAL)
Suitable for moderate hemorrhoids. Using an anoscope equipped with a Doppler ultrasound probe, the arteries supplying the hemorrhoid are precisely located and ligated, cutting off the blood supply. This causes the hemorrhoid to gradually shrink, offering minimal pain and rapid recovery.

Traditional Hemorrhoidectomy
Suitable for all types of hemorrhoids, especially severe external hemorrhoids or prolapse. This method can treat internal and external hemorrhoids, bleeding, and prolapse in a single procedure, though recovery time may be longer.
